CSBP Course Dean Wayne Alldredge, CEM, LEED

Mr. Alldredge has 30 years of energy industry experience. This experience has helped him develop successful strategic energy plans, a multi-million dollar energy project for a Fortune 500 technology firm, a long term energy management program for Universities, several ASHRAE Audits for multiple clients, and advanced water recovery projects –one of which saves about 40 million gallons of potable water annually. Most recently, he was owner and Principal at Improvement Facilitation LLC, a LEED and Energy Efficiency Consulting Company and Energy Star® Partner. His responsibilities included analyzing energy use, performing LEED gap analysis, conducting ASHRAE Audits, creating energy conservation measures, providing conservation culture development and conducting continuous improvement training for clients such as General Electric, Equity Office Properties, Ochsner Healthcare, NBC-Universal, Delta Faucets, and Toyota. Formally trained in electronic controls and electro-mechanical technology, he helps commercial and industrial clients reduce costs and increase the reliability of their HVAC and Lighting systems through the proper application of both material and controls. Mr. Alldredge holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from California State University at Long Beach. He is a LEED® Accredited Professional, a Certified Energy Auditor, a Certified Energy Manager, a Certified Building Commissioning Professional, an Existing Buildings Commissioning Professional, a Green Globes Professional, a California Certified Acceptance Test Technician, and a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional. He is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, a member of the California Commissioning Collaborative, a Charter Member of the Institute of Energy Management, and a Life Member of the Association of Energy Engineers.

    Yes. Take your time and re-watch any of the video lectures as many times as you wish.

    You will need to have access to a computer or mobile phone device that can stream video lessons. You do not need to purchase a textbook as all material including templates, reference material and handouts are downloadable as part of the course.
